Well this ram work on a mini itx z170 board?

Depends on the board. Goto the manufacturers website and they usually have a ram support list for each board. If you can't find it that way look the board up on PC part picker along with the memory and see if it says you have issues. I have never done mini builds but I'm just guessing no. I may be entirely wrong as well so check the motherboard specifications on pin size

Will this fit my Dell XPS 8930?

Will these boot up their rated speed on coffee lake?

If your motherboard can overclock it yes. I have an Asus Z 170 and this ram kicks ass. You can’t overclock the CPU and ram at the same time I don’t think

What is the actual height of this? (preferably in mm) I'm looking for 44mm or less.

The LPX series is only 33 mm tall out of the box.
