So do you have to have the corsair link to get these to work right?  Will they not work right in a mobo with Aura Sync RGB?

Yes,  You need the  Link software to be able to adjust settings.  The RAM has a default light pattern that cycles through the colors even without the link software being installed but you will not have any control.  I have no experience with  the Aura Sync software, I'm using Gigabyte's RGB fusion software.  And with that software you can match the rest of the motherboard colors but only solid colors.  When I attempted to have the ram sync with the random colors being cycled, the ram didn't switch colors along with the rest of the system.  I'm going to update my review to mention that if possible.

Question 2

Does 2X16gb kits run dual or quad channel?

As long as you plug them in according to your motherboards manual you will get quad channel EG. all slots with the same number = quad channel.

Question 3

Does this gonna work on Z370 series motherboard? official website only says it will work on100/200 Series motherboards

Z370 still uses DDR4 so yes... it will work but you may not have a stable XMP overclock if you try to enable it. Don't worry because out of the box RAM will run at 2133Mhz until you flip XMP in the bios.  When you go into bios and flip XMP it will attempt to hit that rated speed. If you don't intend to flip XMP on go grab a 2133mhz rated kit instead and save some money.

Question 4

Will this work with AMD Ryzen? I have a Gigabyte Mother Board and am interested in buying this, also do you have to do any tweaking?

I currently own this set of RAM in combination with a Ryzen 7 1800X CPU seated in an Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 5 X370 chipset motherboard. I have absolutely no issues with compatibility, and once enabling the XMP profile (or whatever AMD equivalent you might have on your board) it made sure the frequencies were hitting the advertised 3200Mhz. Smooth sailing!
