Yes -- any motherboard with (2) open 288 pin slots, that can accommodate more than 8gb each (pretty much every motherboard made in last 5+ years) I have several pairs installed on my AORUS Gaming Pro 9 -- no problems what so ever.

this is optimised on intel 100 and 200 series mobo,would it be a problem (like slower)for the msi z370m gaming pro ac mATX mobo?

No, it will work great. Maybe faster with the new chipset. It is WAY good, I use it on my z370 Gaming K6 Fatality, and have used it on the fatality ITX too.

Will this work in the new kaby lake i7 intel motherboards?

I used this specific RAM originally on my ASUS Prime Z270AR Mobo and I later upgraded to an ASUS Maximus IX Code. Works perfectly fine!
