FOR FUTURE REFERENCE: When looking for compatible RAM go to the MB website (ie: MSI) and look in the directory or do a search withing their system for "vendors list" this will provide you with the MB engineering reports with RAM they have physically tested in lab.
  ALL reputable MB manufactures should make those notes available to the public for doing sys builds.
   From the vendors list look for the RAM MAKE MODEL and SERIES that you prefer, look for the vendors model# in your case you are looking at RAM and it's module# is "CMK32GX4M4D3600C18" within this tells you 32Gb, 4 sticks of RAM, and CAS 18  (many times you can look at similar RAM on vendors list query the module# get prices and decide what RAM is best for you. recap:
1. locate vendors list at MB website
2. find the RAM you like there (use what has been tested if available)
3. if RAM on vendors list not preferred; use one of tested modules# to locate appropriate RAM that very closely matches tested RAM. most important is the RAM series (DDR2,DDR3.DDR4, ect..) and the Voltage.
4. Make sure if MB needs an EEC RAM or not. (usually not)
5. if getting multiple modules get them as kits they will be matched at manufacturing.

Will this work with my Asus Tuf X570 motherboard?

I just purchased this combo along with a 3600. It absolutely will work, once you get everything put together just go into the BIOS and you will need to enable ASUS version of XMP called D.O.C.P. once you do this it will automatically adjust the voltages, infinity fabric clock and everything else. Mine worked beautifully. One recommendation I would make though is before you make any changes in the BIOS you will want to leave them at defaults before upgrading to the current version which is 1201. after updating to this bios which gives you a performance boost and helps the clocks with Ryzen, there was a point where it seemed to be stuck at the boot screen. I had to clear the BIOS and remove all of the sticks of ram down to one in order to get it to boot into the UEFI. But I read this was kind of a known issue as long as you don't make changes to the UEFI before upgrading you may not run into this.

Um... Yes, yes it will. You can pair an Intel or AMD CPU with an NVIDIA or AMD GPU. The CPU doesn't care what GPU you have.
