I would not try this memory with your laptop.
System supports DDR3-1333 (PC3-10600) and 1066 (PC3-8500) modules but memory Bus may run at 1066MHz (PC3-8500 MB/sec) depending on processor.
So, this memory is too fast for your laptop, likely it would work, but maybe not.

Look for DDR3-1333 (PC3-10600) and 1066 (PC3-8500), and two 4 gig memory modules, almost any should work that meet those specs. Newegg Item#: N82E16820231692 is likely to work.

Is this compatible with a MAC laptop?

Yes it should be. Best to either look up the model laptop you have and find out what memory is currently in it, or open the laptop up and physically see what is in it. DDR3 is a common memory type for newer laptops.

Will this fit the HP G62 Series? I know it is a dual slot but I just want to make sure before purchasing

This is very standard memory which fits both my recent Lenovo and HP 650 laptops.  However, if you have an older laptop, it may not work.  Get the exact model number of your laptop and go to HP and see exactly what memory it uses.  It could be DDR2, for instance, and that wouldn't work.

I'm wanting to upgrade RAM in my mac mini, and I found this apple page that shows the specifications required, and I honestly don't know what they all mean, and don't see them listed here in the specifications, could someone tell me if this ram will work?

The main thing you want to look at with memory is latency.  and memory always works better in matched pairs.

Will this work with Gateway laptop NE71B serious?

Look up the kind of DDR3 your laptop supports. If it list 1600. Then you are ok. Make sure your laptop supports 2 RAM sticks as well.

is this able to go into a Alienware 17 r1?
It currently has Dual-Channel ddr3l up to 1600mhz  at 8, I want to puyt another 8 and bring it to 16

I think that would work and probably be your max.  I put these in a Q51 compaq and it was a little faster.  I like to run world of warcraft and was getting about 15 FPS with this.  So it wont do dungeons but it will run a game.

in the image it says "warranty void if removed." What warranty is this referring to? i dont see any warranty options with this item.

Will these work for lenovo t510?

according to T510 specs, it cannot take more than 6GB DDR3 RAM. Also, T510 memory bus runs at a lower speed, which this RAM is probably rated for, but it would be wasteful to pay for 1600 when you can use 1333. The specs say it can take 4GB of DDR4, which seems unlikely but here you go:
Lenovo T510 Memory
• Up to 6GB 1067MHz DDR3 (4GB 1333MHz + 2GB 1067MHz)
• Up to 8GB 1333MHzDDR4 (4GB 1333MHz x2)
