As a complete set, how many USB receivers are their in total? One for each deviece? Or is it a single? Thanks in advance.

One receiver for all three devices.

That receiver is hard coded for these devices (not like Logitech unifying.) You can't add more devices or switch receivers, but you do only need one port for these three.

Question 2

Does the mouse wheel also tilt left/right?  In the picture it doesn't look like it.

In fact it does.  I never tried them until I got this question.  The software is well integrated to customize the related function.  Works great.  I really like this keyboard mouse combo.

Question 3

how to connect to antenna.  where is little button?

There is no button to connect or reset.
Stored in the base of the mouse is a tiny USB 2.0 transmitter and receiver.
It is basically a tiny thumb drive that has the initial drivers on it.
I would still go to the Microsoft site and download the latest software and PDF of the manual and instructions.
Overall I do like mine, but it does take some getting used to , as it is quite a bit more extreme than a normal ergonomic shaped keyboard.
In my case I found the receiver /transmitter device to be too weak to work from a USB port in the back of my monitor and had to use one in closer proximity to my mouse and keyboard.
The only time I have had to reset it since was when I went from windows8.0 to 8.1.

Is this keyboard compatible with the Sony Play Station 3?

I don't have a ps3, but I can tell you that this is a standard USB keyboard. The wireless is implemented via a USB dongle, and the host machine just sees USB HID. If the PS3 can use any USB keyboard (including a wired one) it will use this keyboard also. Iirc ps3 can use USB keyboards, so you should be good. That said, note that: a) some of the media function keys probably won't work, and mouse may not work in all apps. I can use this with my xbox 360, but the mouse doesn't work in the browser app. B) this isn't the best solution for using on the couch, because of the desktop mouse. You can get an integrated keyboard-and-touchpad (Logitech makes two nice ones) that might work better for you.
