Pros: Nujmber one is the keyboard itself, it is very solid and i love the feel of the keys. there is a slight depression in each key and at first you will probably need to get used to the keys and stroke if you're not using a mechanical keyboard currently. I am typing away on mine as we speak and i love it. So the lighting is awesome. I was initially looking for a board with a brightness controller but somehow its not needed. Had i bought something like this along time ago the glasses i wear to see probably would be not be as thick. All the late nights using the glow of the monitor to see the keyboard is horrible for your eyes.
You can light each key whatever you want. all the same or color coded to game use. If you're not used to looking at colors on your keyboard as I am not, again you will probably need to get used to this too. I read other reviews and people talk about it takes a little getting used to and it does.
Cons: it was 149.99 with a free copy of the division. Never saw myself paying this much for a keyboard but i was dropping money into my rig and i always wanted a nice keyboard so it happened
Overall Review: Just as a side note i was in a motorcycle accident and severed my radial nerve on my left arm. I was a good at typing before that and it took many years to get any kind of speed back. That being said im always looking for ways to help that hand out. I find the depressions in the keys as well as the ability to turn off keys around my wasd keys helps me alot as i have no feeling on the left hand and the depressions help hold your finger in place....
Pros: TThe RGB lighting is really dope and I do love the feel of tthe keys.
It's so comfortable to type on and everything about this keyboard is exactly what I wanted.
Cons: TThe frequency with which my tt key double types is absoluttely infuriatting. I have intentionally left the typos generated by tthis in my review. I haven't added any extra keystrokes for emphasis. This is acttually the frequency with which tthis keyboard double types my t key. I expected so much more from Logitech.
Overall Review: I have one at work that doesn't have this problem. I like it so much that I bought a second one for home and have this issue tthat apparently affectts a lot of other people too. Based on my experience, you have a 50% chance of gettting a good keyboard if you order this. Your resultts my vary. This problem didn't start until after the return period expired so buyer beware; it may turn out that you get a working keyboard for a few months that turns into a frustration generator in a short time.
Pros: -Durable Mechanical Keys
-Easy to Clean
-Very Bright Illuminated RGB Backlighting
-Individual Key Backlight Programming
-Music Controls on Keyboard
-Not terribly loud clicks compared to competitors
Cons: -The novelty of the Logitech ARX control app wears off after a few months.
-The USB cable is not braided.
Overall Review: I've been using the Logitech G910 Orion Spark for almost a year now. I'm a moderate gamer and also use this keyboard for college work. I have noticed that there is not much wear on the keys, and what wear there is, is simply a glossy sheen. No paint has chipped, no scratches, no nicks, and I transport this thing to and from college whenever the semester is in session. Overall, it is a bit pricey, but honestly, you'll have this keyboard for years. Just make the investment and you wont be disappointed down the road.
Pros: Nice key action, cool lighting effects. Sturdy.
Cons: I'm on my second keyboard in 3 years. First one was warrantied by Logitech for some of the LED's would not display all of the colors; ending up with a key here, or there that would be a different color than the rest. Less than two years later, I have 3 keys that have done the same thing. Logitech Support would not help, other than to offer me a 30% coupon for purchases from their store. This keyboard is currently $180 on their site, $100, here...
Pros: Quiet, Sturdy, Nice Weight, Solid Keys, Great Interface and Customization
Cons: Plastic Palm Rest connectors may break
Overall Review: I've had this keyboard for quite awhile and I absolutely love it. The only problem I've had is the left connector on the large palm rest broke on me. However, I contacted Logitech and they sent me a new one after a little waiting.
Pros: I bought this keyboard for work and I couldn't be happier with it. The software used to set the macros for the G-Keys is amazing and easy to use. I had the keyboard up and running with all my shortcuts assigned to G-keys in about 30 minutes. The keys themselves on this keyboard are great too. When I ordered this keyboard I was a little hesitant because I had watched a lot of reviews online and some gamers complained about the keycaps. I found these complaints to be somewhat unwarranted. The key caps haven't made it any more difficult for me to type as some have claimed, but then again that's just me. I also love the way this keyboard sounds while typing, the Romer-G mechanical switches are great!
I would definitely recommend this keyboard to anyone else who might be considering using it for work, I know the target market is gamers but in a work setting I don't think you can beat the efficiency get out of this keyboard. The RGB lighting is a neat feature and there is a program out there called Spectrogram that will make make the LED's dance on the keyboard. If you are worried about the RGB lighting in an office setting you can always turn this feature off.
Overall great keyboard for work!!! I can't attest to how it performs in a gaming application though since I have never used it for that purpose.
Cons: Every once and while when switching between memory banks, say from M1 to M2 there is a slight lag time in responsiveness. There have also been times when I hit two memory keys at the same time and that just seems to cancel out all macros until you hit a single Memory key again. This isn't really a fault with the board but more so the end user. It is something to keep in mind however if you have mechanics fingers like I do.
Pros: Build quality.
Ease of typing.
Great back lighting.
Cons: The only thing I don't like in this keyboard is the Caps Lock, Num Lock and Scroll Lock indicator lights, which are a bright white and not included in the lighting custom lighting settings. A few drops of transparent paint will fix this.
Overall Review: I've had Razer peripherals for years. After my replacement mouse started suffering the double-click of death and the keyboard started getting overly mushy (non-mechanical), it was time to replace them. My old Lycosa keyboard was great for gaming, but not so much for touch typing. I abandoned Logitech many years ago when they tried to reinvent their keyboards into bastardized versions of conventional layouts. I'm glad I gave them another chance. With their need to turn the keyboard industry on its head now over, they have embraced the ergonomic normal again.
This keyboard is a joy to game on and on which to type. Keys are semi-clicky and have great action and sound.
The software takes some time to get used to it, but it works almost flawlessly once you set it up to your liking. All the extra function keys work perfectly as well. Installing the software and drivers was quick and simple. Logitech is still pushing updates for their software too.
The back lighting is very well implemented and has customization zones, meaning you can combine colors into zones and not to individual keys. The backlighting is achieved through clear plastic injected into each black plastic key, so the characters won't become deformed from paint or coatings rubbing off.
The keyboard layout is “normal” and takes no adjustment period to familiarize or adjust your muscle memory to get up and running.
Pros: I really like how quiet, yet nice it feels, the keys feel nice to press, even for a membrain keyboard. I also like the media keys, they are very nice.
Cons: The wrist rest makes it hard to really get comfy, it's not bad, it just sits at a weird angle, and since it's plastic, it doesn't feel good compared to others
Overall Review: I would recommend this to people who want a nice quiet keyboard that won't break your wallet, it's very sturdy, it is RGB so you can choose the color you want. It's neat!
