the usb hub on the keyboard doesn't work.  typing is ok.  how to deal with it?

I've noticed that my hub gives off a lower voltage than 500mA. I get a lot of errors when trying to charge various electronics. If you're having an issue where it isn't working at all, you might just have to see about swapping it out under warranty.

Is cable detachable from keyboard?

I mean, keyboard looks very cool, but cable on picture looks like undetachable. If it is so, it should be big turn off.

Question 3

I try the two USB hub for connecting mouse on this keyboard, but it don't work. And  my mouse is ok.  Does the keyboard need to install something else? how to deal with it?

I have two of these keyboards. Neither had to load any additional software to have the mouse work with the USB. The mouse functioned with just a plug and go. Try another usb device and another mouse.

Also, check your keyboard USB connections to make sure they are plugged into your computer correctly.

is it appropriate for office work?

I suppose that would depend upon what kind of work you're doing at the office.  Gaming or actually working?  Given it's red nature, the keyboard would certainly be a conversation piece compared to a sea of black drab keyboards.
