Is it mouse compatible?

no. Ps. Do not buy this keyboard. it is no bueno. it is HUGE, bulky and not very ergo. plus the buttons stickkkkkkkkkkkkkkk.

A reviewer writes you can not do multi key combos. Is that true? What about Ctlr + C for copy, or Ctlr + Alt + Delete?

It has been our experience that Ctlr + C and Ctlr+Alt+del work fine. We do not use Macro Keys to assign a series of multiple keys to a single key. Keyboard can be tempermental with older computers but we use it on a core I5 computer with windows 8 and it works good.

Is there any difference between the left and right space bar? Some MS keyboard move a space forward, or back with the split space bar.

There is no difference in the action of the split space bars on the ADESSO PCK-308. I have had 3 of these keyboards for years and I really love them.
