Is it Mac friendly (i.e., fully functional)? Or Windows only?

i can say for sure that it is not mac supported. i got it with the intent to use with my pc that i am building, until then i thought i could use it with my mac but sadly it didn't work, only Windows

Are the keys that glow Ex. "WASD" a really cheap plastic? I'm thinking about buying this product on sale but that is something I would like to know.

I've had this product for a couple months now and I use the wasd keys and they're just like every other key. It's a amazing keyboard and I would totally recommend it.

Question 3

So every time i try to use a profile it turns on gaming mode and makes my windows key useless. Does anybody know how to fix this ?

The way the keyboard works is that, when you turn on a profile from 1-5, it will turn gaming mode on. This is so that when you are gaming if you accidentally press the windows key, it wont bring you out of the game for the windows menu. This is because profiles 1-5 are considered gaming profiles. The one profile that is not a gaming profile, and allows the use of the windows key is activated by holding the "Fn" button and pressing the "Pause Break-G/PC" button.

I can't imagine it not working with Windows 10. im running win8.1 and it's a very solid keyboard. I mainly use it for gaming and it's been great. Only wish light options were more customizable. Lots of colors, solid keys, fits great on small desk.

USA layout, but I know that the keys are programmable so its almost any layout.

So I bought this keyboard and I was going to install o rings on the keycaps, but i saw that where you install the o ring instead of it being circular, the plastic was shaved down, I guess to make the keycaps cheaper. To anyone else that has bought this, is this something that is only on my keycaps, or does everybody else have this problem?

It's not a problem.  It's a mechanical keyboard with resistance "similar" to cherry's red switches.  Just don't reinvent the wheel and use the keyboard for how it was made.

Does this work with linux? Obviously the Windows software to set colors won't work, but if you plug it into a computer, can the clacking make words show?

It's a USB keyboard, should work fine.  There are 5 presets for color (blue, red, white? (like super light blue), green and yellow) then there are off, dim, bright, breath and two patterns.  This is all with no software in stall.  Note: There is one more mode, not gaming where the windows key works, color is a kind of purple, the other setting work but you can not change the color for that.  With Linux you likely don't care about the Windoze key anyway though.  I use Windoze and like this thing.

There's no way to get a 10-key included on the keyboard, is there?  I primarily game at work, and I make use of the numberpad way to much to not have one, and honestly, I'd rather not have an external 10-key.

No there is not, but there are plenty of other options for mechanical keyboards if you are looking for something with the number pad.  I would suggest looking at either CoolerMaster or Corsair keyboards.
