Is this keyboard backlit?

No, it is not backlit.  However, one review noted that the large key letters did show up reasonably well from the glow of an LED monitor in low light conditions.

Are there any keys on this that are not mechanical? I need the entire number pad to be mechanical

they are all mechanical, but some motherboards my msi 110 eco won't recognize the ps2 connection on initial startup. I have to unplug and replug it for ps2 to work. Thats not good for ps2 as that is not hot swappable port. Sorry I bought the thing won't use it any more..

No. Its just a standard mechanical keyboard with a few functions on the f-keys.
