Rosewill NEON K96 Tri-Mode Wireless Gaming Keyboard - Smart Display & Knob, 96% Layout, Hot-Swap, Software Support, 98 Keys, RGB, PBT Keycaps & Blue Switches

The Rosewill NEON K96 is a 98-key, 96% wireless mechanical gaming keyboard with blue switches, hot-swap sockets, an OLED display, and a multifunction knob. It suits gamers and typists who want a compact layout with dedicated status information and adjustable controls.

Recommended For

• Desktop users who need a number pad for spreadsheets or data entry but want a more compact footprint than a standard full-size keyboard.
• People who alternate between a computer and another device and want Bluetooth, 2.4 GHz wireless, and USB-C connection options on one keyboard.
• Typists and casual gamers who want a mechanical keyboard for everyday use, with a knob for quick volume or lighting adjustments and a display for keyboard status.
• Keyboard hobbyists who want to try compatible 3- or 5-pin switches without replacing the whole board.

Real-World Use Scenarios

• For a gaming setup that also needs a number pad, the 96% layout keeps number entry and navigation keys available without taking up as much desk width as a full-size keyboard; use the 2.4GHz receiver or USB connection at the PC.
• When switching between a desktop and a laptop or tablet, Bluetooth lets the keyboard connect to another paired device, while the display and connection controls help show which mode is active.
• During work that involves frequent number entry—such as spreadsheets or forms—the compact layout retains a number pad, while the mechanical keys provide tactile feedback for regular typing.
• At a shared desk or during everyday PC use, the knob can adjust volume or lighting without opening software menus, and the display can show practical status information such as battery level and connection mode.
• If the original switches do not suit a user's preferred typing feel, the hot-swap sockets allow compatible switches to be changed without replacing the whole keyboard.
