First: make sure num lock is on. Second: check that the correct keyboard map is being used (simple to google how to change) third: return it because the keys there is a problem with the construction of the keyboard. (This is unlikely as each key has its own circuit. Meaning either the whole keyboard is broken, or one key would be broken.)
