Is keyboard spill resistant? spill proof?

Key board is still working fine.
To the part liquids I never spilled anything on it.
I do game on this 4 -10 hours, there is no back lighting.
The software that came with it is not useful, so most keys do not work as marked.
It dose not work with BSD or Linux key board is not recognized, so I can not use for Steam OS.
The key board can be modify for back light, there are pilot hole for LED's but it is not practical.
The replacement of the arrow and ASDW keys with rubber is nice and makes it tactile. 
The software that was provided was out dated, download new software but did not covered this key board.
My rig Asrock pro 970, AMD8320, rip jag 1600 Cast 10 16Gb, His IceQ 4Gb, Win7 pro 64,
gaming on steam, orion, id , firefall.

Question 2

Is the ENTER button on this keyboard a number 7 or a rectangle?

Interesting... I see two different keyboard layouts in the pictures.  On the model I have, the enter key is a "number 7" shape, albeit upside down.  However, I can see on some of the product images the enter key is shown as a rectangle.  I can also see where in some images the backspace key is a full size dbl key and in others it's only a single key.

I bought my keyboard back in September, 2013 so maybe the more recent model has the 7 configuration.

Does this keyboard have programmable keys? Thanks

Only a few of the keys are programmable.

This keyboard is cheaply made and isn't worth spending even a few dollars on.

When I got mine, I used it for about 1 minute before I went back to my old keyboard.

Would this work with a Cherry MX keycap?

Sorry Craig, don't know what a Cherry MX keycap is.And I haven't used my keyboard yet as I haven't builty my new computer yet.Medical set backs have kept me from building it, but should start on it very soon.Sorry I couldn't help, have a great day, Drew F
