are these genuine apple?

As to whether these are genuine I'm not sure. They sound genuine (since I've bought genuine ones from Apple at retail price) and they function as the genuine once do as well. Did not arrive in retail package, only with the hard plastic circular pod not the plastic box. They look undistinguishable to the real ones.
