I have a series 5000 mouse. Can it be converted to left hand because of my Parkinson tremor on right?

Yes it can. While I use the 4000s. Ono can go into Control Panel and then click on MOUSE and go through the tabs and there you depending on what brand of computer you have, change the buttons manually. Or just make on click and save to Left Handed. And it will work fine for you. I run mine left handed also.

I currenly have a Logitech MX3200 Wireless Keyboard & mouse combination. Will this MS 400 work with the existing Keyboard?

I have bee using these mice since they first came out. I have only lost one thanks to my cat. I sell them to all my clients. I use one on each of my computers and laptops. Plus have three spares I use for when I work in clients computers. Battery life is nice. I think the above statement should sum up for you just how well I like them.
