What's the polling rate?

There is a switch on the bottom of the mouse for 3 settings for polling rate: 125hz, 500hz, and 1000hz. There is also a switch on the bottom for DPI as well: 500dpi, 1000dpi, and 1750dpi.

Hi. It is a great mouse. My wife love it. Size; L 4 3/4" - With 2 1/2" - Height 1 1/2". Hope this help u. Before I purchased the Rosewill, she had the Razer mouse before but It was to big for her and I bit complicated. Cheers mate

how do you change the color of the lights? Mine is stuck on green.

That back-light neon green color is the default and it can't be changed. No RGB here.

can I customize the dpi to 800? or 400?

Extremely simple to do - Hardware switch on bottom of mouse: 500, 1000, 1750. No software needed.

How do you turn off the LED on this mouse?

You cannot without modifying the mouse. No built in way to do it. Sorry!
