Looking for a decent pair that will fit a 14 Year old female? Can someone measure from headband to center of speaker please.

These fit my girlfriend perfectly, and they're over the ear, not on the ear. Besides that they sound awesome.

I'm looking for a headphone that I can plug my landline phone into with the same plug that I use to plug into the handset. Does the plug that comes with this set of ear phones let me do that?

I ordered it almost 2 years ago, and I still use the product every day at work. It's plugged into the back of my computer in the headphone jack (3.5mm). And it comes with the 6.3 mm connector if you want to plug it into like a keyboard or amp or something with a bigger headphone port. Older landlines have a 2.5 mm headset jack, but newer phones tend to have a 3.5 mm headset jack now because 2.5mm has been phased out for the most part. So try plugging a standard pair of headphones into your phone, and if they fit, this will fit. But also, it doesn't have a mic, so I'm not sure why you would want to plug it into a phone. You wouldn't be able to talk, just listen.
