do i need something else or this includes everything needed?

You need a really capable computer with a top shelf Graphics card to connect the VIVE Pro too. 
Also, the positional sensors are supposed to be mounted above head level so you need walls or stands for that.

All that is needed, provided you intend to mount the lightboxes on walls.  In my case I wanted them freestanding so I had to buy a pair of thirdparty tripods (which were amusingly marketed specifically for Vive) to make a freestanding play area - one issue with tripods is that they can amplify any floor vibrations compared to wall mounting, but they're so convenient.

Great kit overall.

Does this come with SteamVR 2.0 base stations and 2.0 controllers?

I don't think they changed the controllers but I know the base stations are definitely 2.0

Question 4

Can this work with the PS4 or PS4 games, not really want to have 2 separate ones for a PC and a game console?

The Vive needs  Windows to operate. Any game that runs in VR and Windows will work with the Vive. If there are any games for the Playstation that run In the WIndows OS that would be news to me. It would have to be a ported version for the PC. So my answer would be no.

Is there a built-in microphone?

Yes. The unit does have a microphone. There is a microphone button on the back side of the right earpiece.

However, I cannot speak to the quality of the microphone as I have never used it. I also will not be able to tell you how to use it. I can only confirm that it has one.
