Is this mouse pad big enough to move your whole wrist without it reaching the end?

This mouse pad is significantly larger than your average mouse pad, or anything else I have used in the past. I don't understand what you mean by "your whole wrist", but if you put the mouse in the center, you should never hit the edges, ever. Best thing to do is take the dimensions from the spec tab, and lay that out on your table, see how big that actually is.

So I am big into control since I play CS:GO a lot, how would you say a Razer naga would pick up and read fine movements on this mousepad?

I have a pretty cheap gaming mouse and this thing picks it up better then any mouse pad I have had in the past.
