Are these cartridges OEM or reconditioned?

To the best I can discern, these are new cartridges. They LOOK LIKE they were made with all new parts. They work better than some reconditioned "on name" when this cartridges were new. Time will tell if it continues to work better than the "no name" ones. The "no name" eventually leaks. So time will tell if any of these would leak as it gets nearer to empty.
