Question 1

How many envelopes can be placed in the multipurpose tray?  Is it one at a time or can you place a stack of them in the tray?

There is a link to the User Manual for this printer here: [New Egg won't let me include the link.  Sorry.  Look on HP's pages for support and you can find the manual]

On page 86 of that manual it states that you can load up to 10 envelopes into Tray 1.  Tray 1 is the flip-out tray that allows you to feed special paper without having to load that paper into Tray 2.  Tray 2 is the drawer-like tray that accepts up to 500 sheets of regular paper.  Tray 2 will not accept envelopes.

Apparently HP does not sell an envelope feeder for this printer so you are limited to 10 envelopes in Tray 1.  The actual number of envelopes you can load depends on the thickness of the envelopes.  It will accept a stack about 3/16" high.

By the way, this is a great printer.

Does the printer come with the toners included with this price?

Hi Sandy,

The printer does come with the toners included at the listed price.  We purchased one for an office of 15 people, and have been very happy with our purchase so far.  Color quality is better than we expected, and the machine is quiet an fits into our office well (though it is a little on the large side).  Overall an awesome printer.

You will need to order paper.

You may want to increase the memory by adding that.  I did.

Sorry, but I don't remember if this printer came with a USB cable or not.  It did come with a power cable.  I'm pretty sure that it did not come with an Ethernet cable.
