Apparently this is re-manufactured. Why is is not clearly stated in the description that it is re-manufactured? It's fair enough to sell re-manufactured items, but that should be stated, clearly, in the headline.

Good question, and I'm happy to report Newegg made it right and refunded the purchase price after I complained about it. They really need to just update the listing to inform buyers though!
