The highly advanced DIGIC III has improved Face Detection Technology and Red-Eye Correction for images that you don't need to edit on your computer. ISO 1600 and High ISO Auto settings reduce camera shake effects and sharpen subjects in low-light situations. Multiple shooting modes automatically adjust their settings to give you the best shot. The memory card slot can handle the new SDHC high capacity memory cards as well as the standard SD and MMC formats.
