what size memory card comes with the camera?

The camera does not come with a memory card. You will need to biy one separately.

What are the differences between this camera and the one in the camera kit Item#9SIA1K50F09745?

This is just the camera. No SD card, case, or tripod

does this include a charger for the lithium battery as well as an AC adapter?

It includes an AC adapter that you plug into the camera to charge the battery. The battery will also charge if you plug the camera into your computer using the USB cable (assuming your USB port supports charging). The package doesn't come with a separate charger cradle that you put the battery into, but you can find them cheap everywhere and on Newegg.
