Can you tell me if this switch is black or brown? Pictures seem to show different colors.

Thanks for your responses! Apparently it does come in brown or black (or dark gray). I know the router I want to get is shown in both colors also. So I am not sure how I would order both and have them match colors.

Does this switch provide Power over Ethernet on output ports?

That one does not provide POE but the TrendNet TPE-S44 will give you 4 ports of POE power plus 4 non-POE ports. Used them many times, work great and costs less than $60.

does the product fit a 10" rack?

The switch itself probably would, but there are no mounting brackets for 10''. The included mounting brackets are for 19'' (standard) rack only.
