My Tablet works, but will not charge. Is this a common problem?

This particular tablet comes with a proprietary USB cable. If it isn't charging, you can check continuity by connecting it up to a USB port on a PC and see if you can read the files from the tablet. If the tablet's memory can be read, check the power connection. The adapter that the USB cable connects to in order to plug it into an AC outlet may be bad, but I'm not sure how to test that.

Does this have a memory card?

Yes, it has a MicroSD slot. You have to purchase it (The Micro SD Card) separately.. But it is ready for expansion out of the box.

I am trying to download some photos from my Samsung tablet to my computer/ having some difficulties. can you help?

you should be able to plug your USB Charger Cable into your computers USB port while your tablet is connected.

If a dialogue pops up asking what you want to do select "open folder, view files".

(if not) click "My computer" or "Computer" on your start menu and you should see two drives under "removable media" (could be labeled F: / G:)

Open either one and find the folder labeled "DCIM" 
all pictures are stored in that folder by default.

you should be able to select them, right click, and select "cut" and navigate to the folder you want to store them in and right click and select "paste"

No we had to buy our own . When we installed it tablet said preparing sd card. Was ready to go after that . Make sure you eject sd properly or it will erase everything.

I want to use this tab out of USA will I be able to use it there with any carrier or only with WIFI?

European wifi can go up to Channel 14 and US tablets legally have to only transmit up to channel 11.  Unless this tablet has some sort of geological awareness or adaptability, it won't be able to connect to every wifi.  As far as cellular data, I'm pretty sure it takes SIM cards for GSM connections so that would work fine in any European country.

Does this tablet have wireless print capabilities?

Any Android device supports this as long as its the correct version (minimum 2.3.3, Galaxy Tab 2 now running 4.2.2).  Never tried it myself, but from what I hear you just download Google's app "Cloud Print" at the store. Note that you must have Chrome installed (and logged into Gmail) on your PC, and the PC and printer have to be on.

Plugged it in to charge it up & it stopped charging. I unplugged it from the usb outlet & then unplugged it from the tablet itself & then it came on for 2 sec. & then shut off again. I replugged everything in again & it stopped charging once again!!! It was working just fine on Friday. No, I did not drop it. Do I need to buy a new battery for it??? This was a gift,so don't know about warranty.   Thanks     ML

Try charging it over night with the device turned off.  If the battery is drained completely it won't be able to turn on.

what is the warranty on this tablet? I previously bought another tablet { 6 months ago }, and it doesn't even turn on.  Yes, I bought another charger, and still will not charge/turn on at all. It's dead. So before I purchase another one, I want to know the warranty.
