What"s in the Box? I noticed some retailers stating Tablet +S Pen + Cable +Charger + User Guide and they're not bundled items. It's stated under "What's Included". All for the same price as here.

Thats exactly whats in the box. Tablet, S Pen with spare tips, micro usb cable/charger and user guide. So far the tablet been awesome. Every app ive tried runs smooth, Photoshop Touch and Sketchbook Pro (not included) are excellent if you like to draw. Some stutter here and there and it does get a little warm, but nothing too terrible.

I have a question for those of you that play a lot of video on this unit.   
*** Is there a player that you  favor, that has the ability to play all of the various audio format's?    I notice that some of my .AVI file's and .MKV file's play fine but with no Audio. I am using the player that come's pre-installed.    I recall reading a comment that some player's don't decode certain  audio track's.    
So I am looking for a player APP that will play all of the format's.   I know I could easily convert the video file to another format but I don't want to do this.
Otherwise I am real happy with this Tablet.  Powerful little unit!

This is a great Tablet! It can handle everything I've thrown at it. However, I probably wouldn't own it if it didn't run Android.

That being said, android allows you to install apps that are not in the playStore by enabling "unknown sources" in developer settings.

There's a great piece of software called XBMC which can play .mkv, avi, music, pictures and many more without converting anything. I have movies with different formats on my microSDcard and without converting anything this app does the trick! XBMC isn't on the playStore though so you'll have to install it from their website directly, I have it installed on my tablet and PC and it also runs on MAC and Linux. Best of all its free and open source so there's a lot of skins and addons you can install from within the app.

Do a google search for XBMC for more info, but this is spot on what you are looking for. I really don't know why this software isn't more popular because it really is great!

I am looking for a thin, high quality cover for this unit.  One that will act as a stand.

Any suggestion's?

I like my MoKo slim-fit case with stand. It has a handle that makes it easy to hold. It's really only viable as a stand in landscape though. It might be possible to get it to work in portrait but you'll have to detach the case.

Question 5

Will this model allow me to play my own personal video file's?  I see it supports .AVI, .MKV and other video file format's.    Will it only play video file's bought online?    ANY info or experience someone can share will help.     Most of my video collection come's from Torrent site's.     Will I run into problem's?   Are there apps that are going to help me out?

This is my first Tablet.  And the Android platform is fairly new to me.

I mainly want this unit for playing video's I already have.  >AVI, MKV and MP4 mainly.

For the Galaxy Note 10.1  you do not need the adapter.  The MicroSD chip plug's in directly.    The Adapter is for unit's that only accept Standard SD card's.

Yes. In fact, most places that allow text input also show a microphone icon. Clicking it activates voice input for that field.

Android 4.4 (KitKat) just came out. Does Goggle Play automatically upgrade this device to the new version or does it stay on 4.3? If it did upgrade, do you like it?

Mine only upgraded to KitKat 4.3        Overall it was fine.  But it did creat incompatibility with my video player.   I use BSPlayer.   It stopped playing certain video format's.

I usually only upgrade operating system's when I am experiencing problem's.

Overall this is a great Tablet.   I use it daily and it is impressive.

This unit does not utilize cellular wireless signals I.e. "ATT, Verizon or Sprint.
It is "rootable" though, if that is what you're asking.

Mine was brand new. I would believe they would have to state "refurbished" or "remanufactured" in the title or description if it were. :)
