Yes; you get everything, except a brand-new box (it comes in a white box).

Other than that, it is exactly as a brand-new tablet, only for a fraction of the price. I've purchased many refurbished items from Newegg, and they are always excellent deals!

Yes.  It is absolutely the same as if it shipped brand new from Samsung.   We've bought three of these and each of them have arrived with all the software and accessories that come with them originally.

The warranty note that comes with the device states 90 days warranty, which was an unpleasant surprise after seeing 1 year warranty on newegg's product page.

What does it mean by Refurbished?

Refurbished means that the item was bought brand new and then returned. The vendor that received the returned item usually does the "refurb" which means that it meets all working expectations like-new before it is put back up on the market. More often than not, when you purchase a refurbished product you are buying something that is the same level of quality as a brand new device, but because it had been previously owned it cannot be sold as-new.

This is a great deal - you get a like-new item, that has the most advanced functions and performance of any tablet out there. I replaced an iPad Air with this one - it is that good! And it costs $200 than the retail version, just for being refurbished - but you can't tell the difference between the two of them!

However, there is no tablet in the market that can compare to this one right now in any category - processor, screen resolution, S-Pen - so there is no equivalent at all.

Finally, this one does not have SIM card slot; it is intended only for Wi-Fi use.

Yes, it comes packaged exactly with everything you would receive as if buying it new. I upgraded the original note 10.1 to this and don't regret a thing.
