Does this device have a USB port?

No, it does not have a USB port but it does have the port where the charger connects and the other end of that is a USB so you can plug into your computer.

What does "transformer" mean?

In the case of my ASUS Ee Pad, transformer means that it worked well until just after the warranty period NewEgg gives them, and then froze up completely! I have not gotten anything off NewEgg since. There were so many unsatisfied buyers, and I'm not sure why they're still playing around with this piece of garbage. Hope that helped.

Is this Product "Flash Player" ready?

No it is not flash player ready.

Is it upgradeable to Android 4?

ASUS uses their own version of Android, not significantly tailored but enough that you have to wait for ASUS to release their own Android upgrades which they are slow to do. I also had to sideload many of the best Apps that I wanted to use. And then it died - entirely and now I own an iPAD which is more expensive and immeasurable better. Hope this helps you to make your decision.
