What kind of speakers does this have? Front facing?

One rear-facing mono speaker located near the bottom-rear (just below the ASUS logo). It also produces very little volume to speak of - regardless of the direction it is facing... Earphones or closed-captioning is needed for much Netflix viewing.

what is a bilingual keyboard?

Bilingual keyboard basically means that you can switch between keyboard layouts for multiple languages (actually not just two). Because it is a touch screen you're not tied only to Latin alphabet based languages like on the physical keyboard. On my tablet I can type in English, Russian and Ukrainian. It is very easy to switch between them too (you don't have to go to somewhere deep in the settings).
