Will this show videos from you tube? Does it have speakers? Will Skype work on this?

I love this tablet.

Yes it will show videos from You Tube and comes with a link for that installed.

It has stereo speakers (2) that work well.

Have not tried Skype but based on what I've seen that should work fine.  You can get the Skype App at Google PlayStore.   The tablet comes with a link to PlayStore.

It also plays TV if your cable company offers it, like mine does, Time Warner.

Does this tablet have kindle access ?

I don't know yet. I am only interested that it works with Skype, as it says, and can take pictures and maybe video. I don't think it will have access to as many apps as Kindle, but that is up to the origin of the apps and where they allow these to be accessible.

Question 3

In looking thru the documentation it looks like the only way to charge this is thru the provided charging port which is not the standard USB port. Can charging occur thru the USB port?

I downloaded the manual.  It doesn't say specifically that you can.  Section 2.1 says "use only the dedicated charger to charge the device".  However in section 2.3 on connecting to the USB port on the computer there is this "...connect the device to the PC to transfer data or power up the device."  Not sure if that means you can charge the device that way or not.

Is an app included which allows for jpegs to be seen as a slideshow?

I purchased this as a gift. But I do know that they do present their pictures as a slideshow on it, just not sure if it was pre loaded or if it came as an app from Google play.

Absolutely.  You have to install the Flash player install_flash_player_ics.apk.

It states quad core but doesn't specify the actual speed any idea what type of cpu and t he speed?

Yes, my wife uses it to read sometimes instead of using her Kindle Paperwhite.  It works great as an ebook reader, especially with the included keyboard dock.

How to delete picture?

You can delete a picture in the file manager by selecting it and deleting.

If you hold down an icon, the trash will appear and you can drag it to trash.
