What is the screen resolution of this tablet?

The offical is 1280x800 and that is he resolution BUT on a tablet THIS large it doesnt SEEM to be that fine. You have to realize EVERYTHING is about 40% larger than what youre used to (I normally use a 10" tablet). BUT reading magazines is a breeze and books are very nice as well.

Movies run VERY smoothly, there ARE TWO models by this name. One is a dual core, and the one new egg sells which is the quad core. The dual core would be a step down for most folks.

Understand this is NO lightweight. But it is one of the best quad core's I've had.

How long does the battery last (with medium usage) and how long does it take to charge?

Once I got it settled in on Android 4.2.2 and stopped letting it do the upgrade/update cycle it was stuck in, its been great on battery life and while I haven't let it get below 50%, it charges back up quickly.  I usually turn wifi off and then turn off the display when I just want to charge it up fast.  I've been really pleased with it .. although I suggest getting a screen cover since it works a Lot better with my finger than with my tappers (stylus pens).!
