Does this have 2 hard drive bays?

It comes with one hard drive bay with an option to have an additional. The additional hard drive fits into the modular bay thus replacing the extra video card, fan, ect.

how will this handle the new battlefield game? and can i upgrade parts like the graphics when they become outdated?

Looking at the Battlefield 4 specs, this machine is somewhere between the minimum and recommended requirements. My educated opinion says it should play well, but of course, I make no promises. 
No, you won't be able to upgrade the graphics. You can swap out the hard drive for an SSD (we already did that) and add memory but I'm pretty sure that's about it. Again, I make no promises.

Is there an empty ram slot in this 6MB version?

There is not.  There's is a 4 GB module installed and a 2 GB module installed.  In order to increase the amount of RAM, you'll have to replace one or both of those.

Should i get the y500 or the y510p?

I have the Y500 and like it.  It runs smoothly for mmorpg (GW2) gaming applications.  Once per week the video driver stops working, but the computer corrects itself and within 30 seconds everything is back to normal.  It does not come with a CD disk drive, but I have the cables to connect to one that I pulled from another computer.
