I haven't tried using Blue tooth on the laptop, but I was able to connect to my home wi-fi without any trouble.

It does come with a build in Mic and Webcam perfectly suitable for Skype. As for Microsoft Office Suite, I do not believe it comes with it. I replaced the stock SSHD with an SSD that I had a previous installation of Windows 8.1 on.

anything being sold with 4 or more GB of ram should be 64bit as a 32bit os can only use 3.2GB

No, it does not. As you can see on photos it is too thin. So, if you really need one consider to buy some external model - a lot to choose from.

What kind of options does the track pad have? Can you enable edge scrolling (scrolling up and down by moving your finger up and down on the right edge of the pad) and right-clicking by tapping with two fingers in the ELAN track pad settings?

Mine has edge scrolling but I use a wheel mouse instead.  Don't know if all 8510s are the same.

I am interested in finding more technical specifications about the hard drive (producer, complete name, performance, endurance, reliability, dimensions, connectivity etc...) Why is this product not really reviewed on this site? Is this a bad product? Please write some answers!

It has a 500 GB hard drive....not sure what other specs you need?  I bought one a few weeks ago, and find it to be as reliable as any laptop I've used.  Lenovo or IBM always makes very durable laptops.  Hope this helps in your decision process

Is the keyboard disconnected when the screen is rotated at 300 degrees? Is the keyboard back-lighted? Is this product  shipped to APO?

The screen does not detach. It has rubber pads the keep the keyboard slightly elevated so no keys are accidently pressed. The keyboard is NOT backlit.
