Hi, yes you are correct it does not include the pen. Also, another note, the screen has issues for ghosting. I do not know now if this issue has been addressed since I have bought this computer, back earlier this year. I would do research oh this issue with this laptop before making the purchase. NO.  The video's and pics on the site may lead you to believe otherwise, but the pen is only included when you purchase these direct from Lenovo.  I purchased one of these and was disappointed to find out there was no pen. When I called Lenovo they explained that the pen was not available through resellers.

Does this unit come with an active digitizer stylus?

Not that I know of, it looks like there is on the right corner. I tried to take out what appears to be it but I think its like a cap. I did read other reviews about this model and it mentioned that it does not come with one.

This unit has the BGN adapter. I bought this unit because of the great price. I also ordered an AC card from newegg to get the better performance. Once I installed the generic intel AC card, my machine would no longer boot, claiming there was an illegal card installed. Once I removed the Intel AC card, the system booted and ran perfect. So I guess I will live with the BGN card for now.

No, It only ships with the standard touch-pad. You will also need to get updates from the Lenovo site to fix the wireless NIC problems and the sound card problems.

I have read a few different conflicting answers about the stylus. I understand that it does NOT come with a stylus. However, from what the webpage is saying it has a Full HD screen which means it should support the stylus. On lenovo's website to customize a thinkpad yoga with the stylus you choose teh Full HD with pen option. Can anyone else confirm this? This price plus a stylus is much better than lenovo's.

If it doesn't come with the stylus then it doesn't support the stylus.  I have bought 3 of these laptops in the last 6 months.  One of my projects involved swapping stylus supported screen to a another thinkpad yoga that had a faster cpu.  So I know all about this and have had multiple thinkpad yogas of different kinds.

No.  There are models of the Thinkpad Yoga that do but this is not one of them. Also, No, you cannot just buy the pen afterward.  The screen on this model does not have the necessary sensors for Wacom type digitizer pens.

No, this product does not include a digitizer pen. You can't really use this Yoga to write notes or draw with. As far as I know, if you want to get the Thinkpad Yoga with the digitizer pen you have to but it directly from Lenovos website. I bought the Yoga from Newegg and have been very satisfied with the non-digitizer version, though I did not intend to write notes or draw with it.
