Can it flip completely over to turn into a tablet??

No.  The lid opens almost 180° flat, maybe 160°, which is quite a lot for a laptop.  But it does not open 360° into a tablet.  I'll add that I love this machine, it's gorgeous, blazing fast, and the battery life is amazing (usually 10+ hours).

Yes, comes directly from them.  I have had no problems with mine so far (apart from the bloatware which can be remedied with a complete format)

I am running Linux Mint on this laptop and it works great.  The only real problem I had was getting the wifi adapter to work.  I ended up having to download some firmware updates.  Now everything seems to be working just fine.
