One person reported that he didn't get windows 7 64 bit on the laptop. Is everyone getting win 7 32 bit?

I got my computer and the OS wasn't installed at all.  I called the company that refurbished the computer and they kindly sent me a 64bit cd.  However this computer's hard drive is on verge of failing also... Not the luck of the draw on this one.

No, no touch screen capability. Track pad, keyboard, or plug in a mouse.

Did the refurbished laptop/product come with the windows 7 reinstall media CD? Wonder if I had problems with the OS, if I would be able to reinstall the Operating System quickly.

This did not come with WIN7 reinstall media, but it does have a recovery partition on the hard drive and it was very easy to make a Windows recovery DVD. There is a menu for backup and recovery tha allows you to create the recovery media.
One of the nicest things about this refurb is there was no trialware/bloatware to ununstall.
