Does the power cord come included?

Hi Holley, Yes, the power cord comes with. It is actually a USB connector that works in the lower left USB port of the screen (not keyboard). The USB cable connects to the AC transformer that plugs directly into a wall outlet. I hope this helps, Kris

I just received mine yesterday. Do you need to charge the dock too? Or does it get the power from the tablet?

The tablet.  You plug in the included USB power cord into the tablet to charge.  The tablet will then power the keyboard.

Lenovo chat sessions say there is NO USB port on the tablet, only 2 of them on the dock/keyboard. None of the Lenovo published specs state that the tablet has a USB port. But I see on many review sites and answers here that it DOES have a port on the tablet (combined with the power connection). Has anyone actually plugged a device into the tablet port? If it does have USB on the tablet, I'm ready to order!

Yes. It has a USB port combined with the AC power. I plugged my external disc and works perfectly.

One on tablet and one on the dock but i was unable to use the dock USB for data transfer. Dock USB is also the port for the charger so i think the dock USB port is just for power and tablet one is just for data.

Nope, well not that I've found anyways. Its like a half tablet laptop. You might be able to ping a location if the program can track ip addresses and give you a local using the locale wifi access network you use but I haven't seen a built in gps function.

No if you want lighting you might need to get a usb light assuming the screen isn't bright enough for you tell what keys you're typing on.

This thing sucks as a tablet.
Having issues getting the wifi to connect and hold connection - all other wireless around it works great but this thing is having issues.

Touch screen does not work for some games we have to dock it to use the mouse to get the game going. speakers suck...

overall I feel bad buying this for my wife for christmas - she keeps trying to make it work for her but ive offered many times to send it back.
