correct it is NOT a touch screen.  Ive had it for almost 3 weeks, so far its teh best computer Ive ever worked with.

However - I paid for 2 day shipping, got the machine 6 days later and I still have not heard back from customer service about it...

No touch screen, but what a fantastic computer....I'm extremely impressed with it. This Lenovo is blazing fast and is not loaded down with too much junk from the factory.....Very good build quality!! fantastic sound for a laptop, great graphics card, super processor, backlit keyboard, on and on.. Just my opinion but if you absolutely need a touch screen you still might want to try to keep Lenovo at the top of your list.

What is the size and type of RAM?

16GB DDR3L as written in the description.  If you're asking for more, google is probably your better bet as most people aren't willing to crack open their laptop.  If you find an answer, please post cause I am also curious.

It has Office 365 on it ,but, it has either a limited trial or you have to purchase key code . It will play dvd/cd but from what I have found doing some research it has a Blu-ray installed .

I am still trying to figure out Windows 8.1 at this time. There was an Intel Game pack free item. Not really that interesting. Office 356 trial version and offer to purchase. Skype and some other thing. I bought the Z710 for traveling and gaming. It runs very well and has good performance. There may be more software included that I haven't tried or been interested in so I hope  you get more replies from others who were interested in software and not functionality.

You may have better information, but my understanding is that all of them come with a blue ray reader and dvd writer.

just bought one, the viewing angle is quite poor, the colors are easily distorted when you moved the screen, is mine defective or it's just how the screen is? Anybody has the same problem?

I just compared several files on both - on this one and on

Lenovo G570 (43349EU) Notebook Intel Pentium B960 (2.2GHz) 4GB Memory 500GB HDD Intel HD Graphics 15.6" Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.

Both show distorted colors when looked at an angle, so I don't think it is a defective screen issue.

This laptop says the video is "NVIDIA GeForce GT 840M".  Does this mean it has dedicated video hardware or integrated? I need a laptop with dedicated for graphics work.

Has an Intel HD integrated graphics processor BUT also has the NVIDIA GT 840M dedicated 2GB, you can switch between them... The NVIDIA is great..Great computer, very good for graphics work
