Is it keyboard compatible?

I use the Microsoft Microsoft Black Surface Type Cover Keyboard for Surface RT / Surface 2 / Surface Pro / Surface Pro 2.
it connects directly to the surface, via Microsoft's "dedicated keyboard port" works great. I have not tested any wireless or Blue tooth keyboard options, I've been really happy with the Microsoft key board so far. also, usb port supports a Logitech wireless mouse perfect. and the JBL Bluetooth flip speaker works great with it as well.

Can you upgrade to Windows 10 for free on this device?

Unfortunately, no—this particular Surface tablet runs something called Windows RT instead of the similar-looking Windows 8 (or 8.1). However, Surface Pro devices have Windows 8, and were explicitly told they can upgrade to Windows 10. So, if upgrading to the newest Windows OS is your goal, you're close: you'll just need a Surface Pro instead of a regular Surface.

Will a external keyboard/cover come with this or work with this?

This does not come with a keyboard or cover.
I purchased a surface pro keyboard that attaches with a magnet to the bottom of the unit and functions as a screen cover.

I understand that any blue-tooth will work with this unit.

My first unit failed within a month of receiving it.  Newegg was very prompt in issuing a return slip and a replacement unit.

Do you sell a bluetooth keyboard for this?

I did not purchase a blue tooth keyboard per say.  I purchased the Microsoft key board designed for the surface pro.  It attaches via a magnet to the bottom of the tablet.

Can I use stylus pen to draw on this tablet or write notes.. which stylus is compatible?

I do not know for sure but I think that with the proper software it would work fine. I do not use it in this mode but some people do and claim it can replace a Watcom board.

Look at the picture #8. It has a keyboard slot. But make sure you order a Surface 2 keyboard, (the models change between each Surface).
