Does this Surface come with Office 2010?

It only comes with a trial version of office 365. Any older versions of office feel a bit clunky on the surface because all of the programs running in desktop view are zoomed way out.

Question 2

The specs left some empty slots and I was wondering what they were; LCD Features, Audio Ports, Audio, Card Reader, Other Features, and Package Content. I mostly just wanted to know if it has an audio jack, if the sound is okay, and if it has an SD card reader?

It does have an audio jack, and it sounds great. The normal speakers on it work really well too. There is no SD card reader. There is 1 USB port and 1 mini-hdmi port and those are the only built in ports on the device.

What exactly is refurbished about it? Does it have visible damage? Were faulty parts replaced? etc.

I am not entirely sure what was 'refurbished' about it. Honestly, if it didn't have a description and a small sticker on the back that said 'refurbished' I would not have known. It came in Surface packaging with all parts wrapped and packaged appropriately like new. There is no visible damage at all, no fingerprints, nothing. No problems with its functionality. I am super stoked because I think the word refurbished left me with some apprehension but it's like new.
