Yes, I love my VIZIO Android Tablet and was delivered with new packaging material.  I have purchased several tablets, e.g., the IPAD and Galaxy and my favorite tablet is the my VIZIO and it will make an excellent gift as delivered, thx, Bill

Version 4.0.4 , with no path to upgrade unless you use a custom ROM. Then you would lose the Vizio apps like the remote control.

Yes, because it is WiFi. And you can have Skype as an app or access  through google or explorer.

No, but you can add a micro SD card for more storage.

I purchased my Vizio tablet more than a year ago. I have not had any issues with the the power port. It is used everyday.

Can you transfer iTunes (music) from your computer to the Vizio VTAB tablet??

Yes you can. If you download double twist on your computer and your device and then use the USB cord and plug it into your computer

Does this tablet have the Jelly bean or ice cream sandwich system?

The OS version (according to the "About Tablet" app and the manual) appears to be Honeycomb - Android version 3.2.1 HTK55.  I'm not well informed about the various versions of Android, so I don't know where in teh series this one fits.  I hope this helps.

I want the samsung galaxy note bc the internet tells me it is best for what I want to do - but can't afford it.  I want to be able to use a stylus and take notes on PDFs.  I also want to grade word documents on it (using a stylus+track changes).  How does this tablet work with a stylus?
