Ans. I think it's only two band - GSM 850 / 1900 MHz. But if it's one of your West Africa GSM Freq then you should be fine.

2) Is it comparable with the GSM frequency of West Africa?
Ans. I am not sure what is the West Africa - GSM Freq. Check with your GSM provider.

3) Does it take a SIM card?
Ans. Yes.
