Does this Nokia Lumia 1520.3 Unlocked RM-938 have an FM tuner?

As far as I know, and I can keep you posted about it. I have T-Mobile and the phone works totally fine. As far as FM tuning. It does have radio and the antennas are the headphones. It's something that I look forward to trying. I just got the phone and I'm still exploring what this has to offer. Although it's a big phone, which i found suprising, I was really satisfied with it.

Hi, is this version works in 4g lte network in the USA, Mexico and Latin America?, also is it 100% factory unlocked or does it come wtih a preloaded carrier?, thanks for your help, regards

I'm using it the USA on the AT&T network.  No problem with 4G/LTE works perfectly.  It is 100% factory unlocked with no carrier branding.  If you need english you will have to get through the first few screens in spanish before you can change the language but that isn't a big deal.  After that the only thing I had to do to get it up and running was to get a new sim card as it takes the nano sim card and my previous phone used the micro sim.  I also installed the developer version of WP 8.1.  Installed without issues.  I am enjoying the new OS.  Very slick!  Hope this helps.

Is the battery removable?

The battery is not removable, but the battery itself can readily last two days on a single charge with light daily use. The problem of not being able to remove the battery with voiding a warranty can be solved with an external battery pack, which have dropped in price in recent months.

Can I transfer my AT&T Lumia 920 SIM card directly into the Lumia 1520.3, or do I have to buy a new SIM card at the AT&T store?

In my experience i had to get a new sim card usually i think thats the process because i once had a samsung s4 and tried it another s4 i bought and it became locked and was never able to use it again since it was reported fraud so its better to check if they are nice about it they won't charge you for a new sim but if they do its about 9$

Yes, this is a brand new Nokia Lumia 1520. It is new in box and all you need to do is update the phone and take it to any Wireless Provider for a SIM Card. Don't forget to get the insurance for the phone and a good case because it is worth it.

Can I use tethering using the T-Mobile $30.00, SIM Starter Kit, 5GB 4G, 100 minutes talk plan? Is it Windows 8 and not 8.1? I heard 8.1 sort of stop people from tethering. Thanks!

Out of the box it is running Windows Phone 8.0, however, the Windows Phone 8.1 update has been released (free update). Regarding Internet Sharing, it works perfectly with 8.0 and 8.1. The update didn't change anything regarding Internet Sharing. Wherever this was read, they were incorrect.

Will this work for t-mobile 3g as well as the lte? is it the rm 938? I couldn't see this information on the spec sheet. I know the one I need is the 938 and NOT the rm 937 variant. Can you confirm?

It has LTE and 3g for att and TMobile.
It will Not get wifi calling.

Short answer is No.  This phone will not work on Boost mobile.  Boost Mobile is a subsidiary of Sprint, providing prepaid service for the youth market, using Sprint's CDMA 3G and WiMAX 4G networks.

This phone will not work on Verizon as far as I know wiht 95% certainty.

You need a GSM enabled provider.

I use mine on T-mobile but it will work on AT&T or Cricket as well.
