Is this the 2017 model or the 2018 model?

The TA-1025 is the original Nokia 6, and the TA-1068 is the new Nokia 6.

I've seen other models of the Nokia 6 have problems with T-Mobile's 4G network and only run on the 3G or H+. Can anyone confirm or deny if this phone is working with T-Mobiles 4G?

I run this on the T-Mobile network in the U.S., and the phone connects via 4G as well as LTE.
