Does this phone work with t-mobile (on the data 4G/LTE side)?

Vern you can search "T-Mobile APN settings for Motorola G5S Plus -APN settings USA" There are variants of this phone that have different capabilities in regard to your question. This variant XT1806 does work on Band 2, Band 4 and Band 12

Does this work with boost mobile?

I'm not sure for Boost Mobile. My Moto G4 Plus was perfectly working with Sprint which is the parent company of Boost Mobile. Please remember to check the compatibility at the store. You need a SIM for your wireless service anyway, even with Sprint. To tell the truth, Moto series phones perfectly work with FreedomPop!!! Thank you~

Does this have Turbocharger in box? Does this have FM radio?

It has a fast charger. It does have an FM radio. I have never used it, however, so I cannot attest to its quality. I like this phone.

What is (Special Edition) ?

This is the 5GS Plus, the S stands for special edition. When compared to the regular 5G Plus, the screen size has increased from 5.2 inches to 5.5 inches. The chassis is not the same so you cannot use 5G Plus phone covers on the 5GS Plus. Mostly due to the new camera. Speaking of the camera the 5GS's rear camera uses dual 13 MP f/2.0 cameras versus a single 12 MP f/1.7 from the older model. The front camera was also upgraded from a 5 MP f/2.2 to an 8 MP f/2.0 with an LED flash. The base model of 5GS also comes with 3 GB of RAM as opposed to the 2 GB the 5G comes with. The have the same battery, CPU, Corning Gorilla Glass, and fingerprint sensor though.
