will this work with strait talk?

It does work with Straight Talk, but you will have to edit the APN settings.  The phone defaults to AT&T APN settings, which won't work with Straight Talk.  You can get the Straight Talk/Tracfone APN settings from their website.

Any one have problem with SD memory card? I did insert 32gb card in but it's not see it.

No problem here. Be sure the card is formatted with the FAT file system and not NTFS. You may need to reformat the card if it was used for PC files. Also, be sure to use a name brand card at Class-10 if possible.  This should fix your problem unless there are other underlying issues at play.

Does this phone works with AT&T?

Yes this phone works with AT&T that is what I am using. I love the phone it is beautiful and loaded with wonderful features, but there is an enormous amount of applications that Asus has put on this phone that eats up battery life, but some can be uninstalled and others can be turned off or stopped to conserve your battery. Operating System software is always updating your current Android Lollipop version and they are working on this with the operating system software. Keep in mind the Zenfone Battery is not removable. Now with AT&T and with Data Enabled the Icon I only get as far as service an H+ icon and not a 4G or LTE icon. I went back and forth with AT&T people and Asus people and the AT&T people are adamant is saying that the H+ is their 4G even though their TV ads say they have the strongest 4G/LTE service and never mention HSPA+. The bottom line is my phone does work fine even when my phone is displaying H+.  Hopes this helps in making your decision.

Does this phone have a Hot Spot in event of no wireless available?

We use T-mobile.  We can't get Data from day one.  ( if we are lucky, it connected for couple minutes then no connection for couple hours or more.)  We had 3 RMA now. ( we bought the phone on 6/25)  Asus still can't get the problem fix.  We have 3 Asus transformers.  We are very happy with those, but not Zenfone.

There is an SD card slot on the back.  You have to pull the plastic cover off, which is very easy.  I take it off with my fingers.  No tools needed.  I bought this phone a month ago, and couldn't be more impressed.

Is this phone comparable with sprint?

No it is not. It is unlocked for GSM carriers. In the U.S. this would be T-Mobile or AT&T. Unfortunately there are not a lot of unlocked phones that use Sprints Network

No. The back cover is removable, but that only exposes the MicroSD slot and both Sim slots. The battery is 3,000 mAh, so it gets you through the day nicely!

Yes it has an apps when started requires you to use a headset - has an auto tune mode to find all the stations then you can select the one u want; or manually select. Also has favorites for preselected channels.
