The Shift GSM is an Ultra-Portable Mobile Computer (UPMC) with a full keyboard and 7" folding touchscreen display. Fold the display flat to use Shift as a tablet, or tilt it up, for a notebook-style experience. Shift runs Windows Vista Business, and ships with 1GB of RAM and a 40GB hard drive, so you'll have plenty of power to manage your workload on the run. The built-in fingerprint scanner keeps your confidential data safe from prying eyes.
This unlocked version of the Shift GSM works on GSM-network carriers (please contact your carrier for compatibility), and offers 3G with HSDPA, WiFi, Bluetooth, and Ethernet connection options. The included USB hub gives you 3 USB ports and an Ethernet port, so it's easy to connect to your network and peripherals without juggling plugs.
With the built-in webcam and microphone, you can voice chat, place VoIP calls, or video conference anywhere you like. Stay on top of your day with real-time information with Direct Push e-mail and Exchange sync. Web browsing is blazing fast with SnapVue, a proprietary version of Windows Mobile 6 Professional.
