It comes with the CoolUI.  There is some info about it on the product page for Conjr.   So far, I like the UI, but it did take a little time to get used to.  If you don't like it, I think you can always download the Google Now Launcher from the Play Store.

Question 2

So, no matter what i do, no computer can recognize the phone. i did all the steps like, enabling stuff, development. The Cool UI doesn't give me the same options as the regular android 6.0 options in their interface. I even went to find the hidden options but the one that I needed wasn't there, which was USB configuration?

Second, It says my sd card is corrupted, and it says it can format it and everything to get it working. I formatted it within the phone, the phone says it's good and complete, but it still won't let me put any data onto the sd card. I tried different sd cards to make sure it wasn't just my card.

I must be lucky as mine seems to be working fine when connected to a PC (Windows 10 in my case).  When I connect I'm given the option on how I want to use the USB connection.  I've also been able to use the Micro-SD card for storage and backups.  However I did drop the phone earlier today and the screen did not like the impact.  :(

Is this a GSM or CDMA phone? Can I use it on my Verizon network?

Compatible with GSM Networks including AT&T, T-Mobile and cellular network providers utilizing GSM network such as: Straight Talk, Walmart Family Mobile, MetroPCS, Simple Mobile, Brightspot, Net10, h20 Wireless, and Cricket Wireless.  Coolpad Conjr supports LTE Bands 2/4/5/7/12.  It is not compatible with Verizon and Sprint.
